Brisket Fat Surprise

This sounds like it would not be very tasty, but if you like Pork Rinds, you will love this great beef version.

Leftover Trimmed Brisket Fat


  • Cut into bite-size pieces and season generously with Kelly B’s BBQ Beef Rub.
  • Gently put fat in 325-degree oil left from Deep Fried Brisket.
  • Remove when fat floats to top and id golden brown.
  • Let cool and enjoy as a snack while your deep-fried is finishing on the oven.

(Take an extra Cholesterol reducer and you will be fine!)
