Brisket Fat Surprise
This sounds like it would not be very tasty, but if you like Pork Rinds, you will love this great beef version.
Leftover Trimmed Brisket Fat
- Cut into bite-size pieces and season generously with Kelly B’s BBQ Beef Rub.
- Gently put fat in 325-degree oil left from Deep Fried Brisket.
- Remove when fat floats to top and id golden brown.
- Let cool and enjoy as a snack while your deep-fried is finishing on the oven.
(Take an extra Cholesterol reducer and you will be fine!)
