Homemade Mashed Potatoes
Nothing is better than some homemade mashed potatoes. Make these with Kelly B’s Deep Fried Brisket or with brown gravy to really take these to the next level.
4-6 ea. White Baking Potatoes
1 lb. Cooked Bacon Crumbles
1/2 cup Whipping Cream
1/2 stick Butter
*salt and pepper to taste
- Boil Potatoes until cooked and smashable
- Mash potatoes
- Combine butter, cream, & bacon in a small skillet and heat.
- Add and stir into the mashed potatoes thoroughly.
- If needed cover with foil and put in a low heat oven to keep warm.
